The Sinner not only has an interesting and forward plot, but the return of Jessica Biel, not to an action role but in the most interesting character of her carrier so far. Cora is a deeply wounded woman, raised strictly from a catholic maniac mother, with infinity hours of prayers and remorses. Her husband Mason follows blindly the ''do and not do'' of his mother, so, Cora has no time to breathe, except when she is swimming in the lake, and if you must connect the character with the lake, it wasnt a suicide attempt, rather than a breathing room for her. What are you doing? The same question catch the eye of the well built character of detective Harry Ambrose/Bill Pulman!, a man with many flows and at the verge to reconnect with his wife again,

two unique characters in a race to unveil to what happens to Cora and drive her to slaughter, fake stories become real and the truth is well hidden from the depressed figure of Cora. A limited series worth to watch, not only for Jessica and Bill, but finally a series with strong built characters and a question who needs to be answered. What are you doing??  9,5/10
