Το post-apocalyptic fantasy book series του Terry Brooks μας συστήνει έναν τελείως διαφορετικό νέο κόσμο, μια νέα Γη, 300 χρόνια μετά το War of Races, όπου η μαγεία σταμάτησε να υπάρχει και οι δαίμονες φυλακισμένοι στο αρχαίο δέντρο των Elfs,με το όνομα Ellcrys. Για άλλη μια φορά όμως οι δυνάμεις του κακού σχεδιάζουν τη λύσσα τους της στη Γη με τον Dagda Mor -bad ass corrupted druid with demonic flavors-

         και το evil sidekick shape-shifter

το αρχαίο δέντρο με το όνομα Ellcrys θα ενώσει τον δικό της φωτεινό στρατό με επικεφαλής την  Elven princess Amberle

τον half-human/ hulf elf Will, o τελευταίος της οικογένειας Shannara

τον Allanon, τον τελευταίο Druid των τελευταίων 300 ετών -Μanu Bennett and the iconic hair-

και η Eretria, human με δεσμούς με τους Rovers δες και κλέφτες

αποτελούν το πρωταγωνιστικό fantasy team του Shannara όπου έχει ενδιαφέρον μπορώ να πω περισσότερο απ' τα βιβλία. Τα φευγαλέα hints με relics της δικής μας εποχής δίνει την post-apocalyptic νότα

ενώ τα πολύ προσεγμένα cgi σε ενα fantasy expensive περιβάλλον απ'το MTV

δίνει μια πολύ ελκυστική ματιά και πολλές φορές εθιστική. Ομολογώ ότι δεν το περίμενα τόσο καλό μετά την παιδική ματιά που είχε το ''Scream''-εδώ τουλάχιστον είναι σε μικρότερη συχνότητα τα teen ερωτικά!-και προσθέτει μια πιο προσωπική ματιά στην ξύλινη και επίπεδη γλώσσα του βιβλίου. Better than books, and Manu Bennett without shirt. Διασκεδαστικότατο.

The post-apocalyptic fantasy book series of Terry Brooks  recommends us a completely different new world, a new land, 300 years after the war of Races, where the magic ceased to exist and the demons imprisoned in the ancient tree of Elfs,with the name Ellcrys. Yet again the forces of evil planning to ravaging the  land with  Dagda Mor -bad ass corrupted druid with demonic flavors-

                and the evil sidekick shape-shifter

The ancient tree with the name Ellcrys will unite her/it with a bright army, headed the Elven princess Amberle

 the half-human/ hulf elf Will, last of the royal bloodline Shannara Family

Allanon, the last awake Druid 300 years old  -Μanu Bennett and the iconic hair-

 and Eretria, human with ties with a band Rovers aka thieves

are the leading fantasy team of Shannara where is much more interesting i can say than the books. The fleeting hints with relics of our era gives the post-apocalyptic beat

 while the very realistic cgi on a fantasy expensive environment from the MTV

 gives a very attractive look and many times addictive. I must confess that I do not expected to see something good after the children glance who had the ''Scream''-here at least is a lower frequency the teen erotica!-and adds a more personal look from the wooden and flat-language of the books. Better than books,  Manu Bennet shirtless, just in the beginning. Enjoyable.
