FEAR THE WALKING DEAD #4: HACK AND SLASH

Remember how ''FearTWD'' ends , with Madison barely alive from the blow-up of the dam, with an exciting scene full of cliffhangers? Well, the new season its clear that time-jump is be done. Hand with hand with the timeline of ''Walking Dead'', Madison has reunited with her family, living in a camp stadium. But first, lets talk about Walking Dead, with 16 boring as hell episodes, but finally with an ending fitting and interesting. Negan captured. Saviors defeated. Carl's death means something.

The disastrous season 8 not only starts to drop dramatically the ratings, but losing interest a safe bet with all that dragging and slow pacing. Then we have the crossing of Morgan to ''FearTWD'', a crossover with one family zombie series vs the gang of Walking Dead, a crossover but only to Morgan, because only him meet hardcore Madison and her family wrath.

 The first member of the new ''hack and slash'' team of Madison or what will save the ''fearTWD'' from the fate of ''Walking Dead''. A team. Like a super hero team. And thats the interesting part to stay in a spin-off series. Keeping for now the original cast, we have Madison as the team leader.

  Morgan, the ''killing-machine'' returns to a pacifist mode

a mysterious woman which reminds me so much the character of early years Carol

             a gunslinger with a broken heart

and a journalist with a swat van and automatic guns

and that what i call the ''hack-slash'' team, and it works, as now, cause the second episode was one of the best and finally gives character to a series with nowhere to go. ''FearTWD'' starts to get things into their hands, and make more distance from the ''spin-off curse'' that follows. I like it much more from the last two seasons of Walking Dead. Give it a try, especially if you are into new teams, new players with interesting background and a new future ahead of them. 9/10
