The most shocking thing for me is not the returning of the masterpiece ''Twin Peaks'' keeping the promise that gives Laura to agent Cooper in the black lodge, not even the return of David Lunch to direct the 18 new episodes,
but the fact that i just realise that i never had the chance to watch the 22 episodes of the second season in the greek tv(ert national tv) because the channel aired only the first eight episodes, the reveal of the killer, and thats it!!!! Back to the 90s, without internet and proper education, it was the most logical thing for the national tv to stop airing the next episodes because the killer is all ready revealed! Shocking indeed, so, i see again all the episodes, and the second season who were total new for me, to prepair myself for the return of ''Twin Peaks'', the most bizarre and innovative tv series of the 90's, a story of the cruel death of a young student named Laura Palmer, the residents of this quiet town, an agent with strong appetite for good coffee and chatting all day to a mysterious woman named ''Diane''
and ofcourse the creepy and so enigmatic place of ''black lodge'', a dancing dwarf, the one hand man, a giant, and ofcourse...Bob.
It is not secret that when the killer of Laura revealed and the next episodes were fillers, ''Twin Peaks'' was on the verge to axed, but Lynch and Frost, bring back the nightmare life of Laura Palmer/around episode 15 of second season/
and of course the final episode of the arrival of Cooper to the hellish black lodge and the final confrontation with the evil within...Bob.
After 25 years, Lynch keep the promise, and ''Twin Peaks'' is back, with almost all the cast/except casualties and the denial of some actors to do it again,are they insane??? Where are you sheriff Harry Truman?
the big question is this. Where the heck is agent Dale Cooper or to be accurate, which of these is? An evil doppelganger replaced him all these years leaving behing the original trapped to the black lodge?
The ''newborn '' Douggie who emerged after the consiousness of Dale Cooper running to the emptiness looking for his earthly body?
The murder of major Briggs connected somehow with the evil spirits and the time dipslaced reality and all this connected again with Laura Palmer? Dont you worry of all this, because in the ''Twin Peaks'' after 25 years, nothing has changed. Look at Andy and Lucy for example, still ''fighting''
for the color of their new chair, or Shelly who still serves the best cherry pies to the restaurant.
Ok, sure, with kids, a new generation emerged, but the normal in ''Twin Peaks'' was always the lifes of the characters. Without supernatural elements and evil spirits, just searching for love like the girls

something that in the third season Lynch and Frost want to avoid it. The main target for the first 9 episodes, thats why the part one, is Dale Cooper or Douggie or evil doppelganger Cooper with Bob still inside him, give us bits and bites for the residents of ''Twin Peaks''. It is not necesarry something bad, agent Cooper is the main ''course'' from the fanatics, but i must say that i am very curious to connect the new bizareness and craziness and finally see the Cooper of 90's. Maybe an origin of Bob or something around the foggy Twin Peaks. The big surprise until now, is the reveal of Diane, and yes, its real and a bad mouth to run.
Over the years the rumors said that Diane was only in the mind of Cooper, a sign that is attracted to madeness, nope, Diane is very very real and ready to expose the fake Cooper or to step into the world of black lodge? Bob is here. Never left.
The Lynchian episode is episode 8. Not for the easy minds.
..And Laura. Laura Palmer. Is all about her, isnt it? The third installment, positive influenced from ''fire walks with me'' and the end of season 2 not only brings back memories but this Lynchian world that all loved so much. Exciting new stuff in something so iconic as ''Twin Peaks''. Its happening again.
