BATES MOTEL#5: THE FINAL SEASON

If you think that the season finale of the fourth season was depressing and so creepy when you realize that the lovely Norma is dead and now a stuffed humanoid doll from the crafts of Norman, think again, the final season is all ready towards the end and i admit, once again, i fully respect and admire the outstanding performance of Freddie Highmore in this legacy role of Norman Bates. Now, when i think psycho, i dont have only Perkins in my mind, also Highmore's refined take in a icon character like Norman.
Norman never lose his mother. She is always there, in the house, to haunt him and guide him like a good boy as Norman. The most difficult think to watch is when Norman slips to reality, away from the cross dressing and the killings, the moment that you realize that the bates house is not smell roast in the oven but something more toxic and decay. Norma like a porcelaine doll, hidden well in the basement, waiting for the story to conclude.
What better way to make Hitchcock smile when you bring the original story of ''Psycho'' and Marion Crane back to Bates Motel?
Rihanna is not the best choice to reprise the classic character diva Marion, but she has a very descent performance and a weird chemistry with Highmore, so, in the conclusion of a best seller horror story, i am anxious to see this final scene with Norman
and for once more to remind that ''Bates Motel'' must go for many awards, especially Farmiga-Highmore, the most explosive duo of the last five years. See the trailer, and jump in in the most thrilling revival of all time.
