 The much anticipated reinvention and adaptation of ''Wizard of Oz'' premiered with 2 hours episode and mixed feelings. Having as basis the land of Oz, the Latina 20-something Dorothy is located in a brand new world with the help of the classic tornado

with a German Shepherd in the role of Toto, and what you know forget that in this version everything changes with a more adult tone and definitely harder. How cool to replace the yellow brick road with opium?

      How sexy is the amnesiac Scarecrow?

How bad-ass (es) the wicked witches only from the first episode? 

Filmed in Barcelona and with strong elements of Gaudi, this version of '' Wizard of Oz '' either will or won't make you not to see. I belong somewhere in the middle. Nice plot, well-formed, but how many different versions of the same myth can withstand the mind? Trailer.

More love for Dorothy's Toto as it seems that scared him! and less romance might do in the future the difference, although the ultimate revelation of the Wizard into something more wicked human  

seems to go the plot into something completely different from what we have seen so far. Pleasant and certainly much fresher '' Wizard of Oz '' from the version of '' Once upon a time ''. 8/10

Το πολυαναμενόμενο reinvention και adaptation του μάγου του Οζ κάνει πρεμιέρα με 2 hours πρεμιέρα και τα συναισθήματα ανάμεικτα. Έχοντας ως βάση τη χώρα του Οζ, η λατίνα εικοσάχρονη Dorothy βρίσκεται σε έναν καινούργιο κόσμο

με ένα γερμανικό ποιμενικό στο ρόλο του Toto, και ότι ξέρατε ξεχάστε τα γιατί σε αυτή την εκδοχή τα πάντα αλλάζουν με έναν πιο ενήλικο τόνο και σίγουρα πιο σκληρό. How cool η αντικατάσταση του κίτρινουbrick δρόμου με όπιο;

        Πόσο sexy ο amnesiac Scarecrow?

 Πόσο bad -ass(es) οι wicked witches μόνο από το πρώτο επεισόδιο;

 Γυρισμένο στη Βαρκελώνη και με έντονα στοιχεία από Gaudi, αυτή η εκδοχή του ''Wizard of Oz'' είτε θα σε συνεπάρει είτε θα σε κάνει να μην το ξαναδείς. Εγώ ανήκω κάπου στη μέση. Ωραία πλοκή, καλοσχεδιασμένο, αλλά πόσες διαφορετικές εκδοχές του ίδιου μύθου μπορεί να αντέξει το μυαλό; Περισσότερη αγάπη της Dorothy για τον Toto καθώς φαίνεται ότι τον φοβάται! και λιγότερο romance ίσως και να κάνει στο μέλλον τη διαφορά, αν και η απόλυτη αποκάλυψη του Wizard σε κάτι πιο wicked human

 φαίνεται να πηγαίνει την πλοκή σε κάτι τελείως διαφορετικό από ότι έχουμε δει ως τώρα.Ευχάριστο και σίγουρα πολύ πιο φρέσκο ''Wizard of Oz'' απο την εκδοχή του ''Once upon a time''. 8/10
