THE STRAIN #3: KABOOM!

Completing the season finale of the third season '' Strain'', one thing is certain. Del Toro has something with the children. From the '' Pan's Labyrinth '' to '' Orphanage '' and '' Mama '', children are cursed to roam as creepy stalkers with irregular trends. It could not escape the fate and young Zach, who from shy mama's boy

it becomes the ultimate evil when flattens the New York with a nuclear bomb

just to avenge dad Ephraim because killed his strigoi mother! Kaboom and a relatively repetitive season that did not add anything new until the overthrow of the transformation of Zach to the next villain and just the things are interesting again. How many pounds megaton of stupidity for Zach to press the trigger? How weak  Ephraim searching for him after the death of thousands of survivors?

How cool the new form of the Master in the body of Eldrich Palmer;

How much more cool remains Eichhorst with this Nazi creepy look?

With the big twist of the season finale, the Strain manages to escape from mediocrity and repetition of Strigoi Vs. New Yorkers Vs The Master, and it brings the level of Master wickeness with the firstborn Zach, and the big kaboom! or else the surrender of New York in the Strigoi. The next season will be the last for Strain and I hope that Del Toro to continue the same tactic here. Pssss do you hear that Zach? 8/10

Ολοκληρώνοντας και το season finale του τρίτου κύκλου Strain, ένα είναι το σίγουρο. O Del Toro δε χωνεύει τα παιδιά. Από το ''λαβύρινθο του Πανα'' έως το ''Ορφανοτροφείο'' και το ''Mama'', τα παιδιά είναι καταραμένα να περιφέρονται ως creepy stalkers με άτακτες τάσεις. Δε θα μπορούσε να ξεφύγει από τη μοίρα και ο μικρός Zach, που από συνεσταλμένος mama's boy

 γίνεται το απόλυτο κακό όταν ισοπεδώνει τη Νεα Υόρκη με πυρηνική βόμβα

απλά για να εκδικηθεί τον μπαμπά Ephraim επειδή σκότωσε τη strigoi mother! Kaboom και ένας σχετικά επαναλαμβανόμενος κύκλος που δεν πρόσθεσε τίποτα καινούργιο κάνει την ανατροπή μεταμορφώνοντας τον Zach στον επόμενο villain και μόλις τα πράγματα σοβάρεψαν αρκετά. Πόσα κιλά μεγατόνων ηλιθιότητας για  το Zack για να πατήσει τη σκανδάλη; Πόσο αδύναμος ο Ephraim να τον αναζητά μετά από το θάνατο χιλιάδων επιζώντων;

Πόσο cool η νέα μορφή του Αφέντη στο σώμα του Eldrich Palmer;

Πόσο ακόμα πιο cool παραμένει ο Eichhorst με τη ναζιστική αυτή μούρη που σε ανατριχιάζει;

 

Με την ανατροπή του season finale, το Strain καταφέρνει να ξεφύγει από την μετριότητα και την επανάληψη των Strigoi Vs. New Yorkers Vs The Master, και φέρνει το επίπεδο wickeness του Master με τον firstborn Zach, και το μεγάλο kaboom! ή αλλιώς η παράδοση της Νέας Υόρκης στα Strigoi. Ο επόμενος κύκλος θα είναι και ο τελευταίος για το Strain και εύχομαι ο Del Toro να συνεχίσει την ίδια τακτική και εδώ. Pssss do you hear that Zach?  8/10
