OUTCAST: GET POSSESSED

Second comic of Kirkman transferred to the small screen. Leaving for a while the franchise zombie, the Kirkman discusses exorcism and thin boundaries between demonic possession and schizophrenia. The first episode saw it with a little caution as the '' Outcast '' is relatively new and to the comic Industries, and will certainly not like to see something that just sells due to Walking Dead and the name of the creator.It reminds me the case with Millar that whatever publish to comic already has given the rights to small or big screen.The '' Outcast '' has Kyle Barnes

in a bad psychological state, left in solitude and in the family home where his childhood were affected by the well-known story of '' Exorcist '' ALA reverse-how creepy the scenes of the past with the possessed mother and the punishment in the closet-

while today, the demonic possession of a young child will join Kyle with the Reverend Anderson

forcing  Kyle, both to face his past with his mother and his separation from his wife Allison, small pieces flash back revealing that demonism chasing  Kyle in all forms

while his blood may be the means of exorcism in sequels of '' Regan MacNeil. '' 

Kirkman maintains that '' Outcast '' will be much more creepy than the Walking Dead. Certainly has atmosphere. Not avoids clichés with elevations of the possessed out of the bed or the devil voice in children's mouth. But I can not say I was excited since it does not avoid the horror cliches and perhaps wondering how big is the ''demonmagnet''  of Kyle Barnes to conjures  mother and wife. Official premiere June 3-you can see the pilot and from the official channel of Fox on Facebook-and already renewed for a second season.

Δεύτερο comic του Kirkman που μεταφέρεται στη μικρή οθόνη. Αφήνοντας για λίγο το zombie franchise, ο Kirkman ασχολείται με τον εξορκισμό και τα λεπτά όρια ανάμεσα στον δαιμονισμό και στη σχιζοφρένεια.Το πρώτο επεισόδιο το είδα λίγο με επιφύλαξη καθώς το ''Outcast'' είναι σχετικά νέο και στα comic Industries, και σίγουρα δεν θα ήθελα να δω κάτι που απλά πουλάει λόγω Walking Dead και ονόματος. Μου θυμίζει λίγο περίπτωση Millar που ότι βγάλει σε comic ήδη έχει δώσει και τα δικαιώματα σε μικρή ή μεγάλη οθόνη.Το ''Outcast'' ασχολείται με τον Kyle Barnes,

 σε άσχημη ψυχολογική κατάσταση, αφημένος στη μοναξιά του και στο πατρικό του σπίτι όπου τα παιδικά του χρόνια στιγματίστηκαν από τη γνωστή ιστορία του ''Exorcist'' αλα reverse-πόσο creepy οι σκηνές του παρελθόντος με τη δαιμονισμένη μητέρα και την τιμωρία στη ντουλάπα-

ενώ στο σήμερα, ο δαιμονισμός ενός μικρού παιδιού θα ενώσει τον Kyle με τον Reverend Anderson

υποχρεώνοντας τον Kyle τόσο να αντιμετωπίσει το παρελθόν του με τη μητέρα του αλλά και τον χωρισμό του απ' τη γυναίκα του Allison, μικρά κομμάτια flash back αποκαλύπτοντας ότι ο δαιμονισμός κυνηγά τον Kyle σε όλες τις μορφές

ενώ το αίμα του μπορεί να είναι και το μέσο εξορκισμού στις συνέχειες της ''Regan MacNeil''.

 

 O Kirkman υποστηρίζει ότι το ''Outcast'' θα είναι πολύ πιο creepy από το Walking Dead. Σίγουρα έχει ατμόσφαιρα. Δεν αποφεύγει τα κλισέ με τις ανυψώσεις των δαιμονισμένων απ' το κρεβάτι ή τη devil voice σε παιδικό στόμα.Δεν μπορώ να πω όμως ότι με ενθουσίασε δεδομένου ότι δεν αποφεύγει τα horror κλισε και ίσως να αναρωτιέσαι πόσο πια δαιμονομαγνήτης είναι ο Kyle Barnes για να εξορκίζει και μάνα και γυναίκα. Επίσημη πρεμιέρα 3 Ιουνίου-μπορείτε να δείτε τον πιλότο και απ' το επίσημο κανάλι της Fox στο Facebook-και ήδη ανανεώθηκε για δεύτερο κύκλο.8,5/10
